DIy smartphone tripod

This is an easy build I did to give myself something to film my videos from. I will in clude the part list below. First I took the 1"x1" post and cut a 1" and .5" slice. Then I attached the 2 pices with a small hindge. Next I used 2 small screws to attached the jumbo paper clips. The trickiest part was drilling the 3 holes at the right angles for the tripod. It is easier to cut the .25" dowling after you put it in the holes. This way you can it evenly and insure a level tripod. The last thing to do was drill a hole in a piece of scrap dowling and put a nail through it on the top piece and let it sit in the clip on the bottom piece. This allows you to look up or down and hold that position. Cheap and easy, hope you enjoy adn kepp innovatiing!
