This project takes about an hour and requires some soldering.

Part List:
30mm EDF Fan - 
20Amp ESC - 
Servo Controller - 
Project Box
LED Switch
12v 6Amp Power Supply -
50mm x 2.5mm Jack - 
Styrofoam Block

Step 1 - Drill 30mm hole in top and bottom of box, centered.
​Step 2 - Place screen in bottom of box.
Step 3 - Cut Styrofoam to fit in box (same size as box).
Step 4 - Cut 30mm hole in center of Styrofoam to line up with holes in box.
Step 4 - Cut Styrofoam in half and in the middle down 1 side.
Step 5 - Place Styrofoam in box and cut holes for switch and 12v jack.
Step 6 - Solder ESC to EDF.
Step 7 - Remove Styrofoam from box and solder ESC+ and ESC- to switch.
Step 8 - Solder 12v jack to switch.
Step 9 - Place EDF in middle of 2 Styrofoam pieces.
Step 10 - Place Styrofoam with EDF in box putting ESC on inside of box between Styrofoam and box.
Step 11 - Cut out spot in top of Styrofoam for servo controller and put in place.
Step 12 - Glue rubber booties on bottom of box.
Step 13 - Cut 1" x 1" piece of pvc pipe.
Step 14 - Sew or iron 1" x 18" fabric into tube man.
​Step 15 - Put lid on box and secure tube man with rubber band to pvc and place in hole in top of box.
